World Suicide Prevention Day 2019
" Working Together to prevent Suicide."

Status Quo:Almost over 16,000,000 people worldwide attempt suicide every year and among them 800,000 die by suicide.- WHO Report on Suicide: A Global Imperative. Every 40 Seconds a person die by suicide globally.

Future Prediction:By 2020, 1.5 Million People will die by suicide and estimated 15-30 million will make Suicide Attempts. Suicide will constitute 2.4% of Total disease burden worldwide in the year 2020.

Suicide Behaviors and tendency can be observed in an individual in the form of suicidal thoughts, plans and attempts. Research shows there are more than 20 suicide attempts for a suicide. So, These can be possible options to save someone's life. Suicide isn't a solution of any problem and shouldn't be choice. Be Strong and live your life.

My Fight with Depression while rest of the world was fighting with COVID 19

 

Sharing my story of fight with Uncertainties and Insecurities during COVID 19 Pandemic

Having repeated episodes of depression on my fight with uncertainties and insecurities that were both inside and outside. It was really tough for me. It was quite difficult to hold my breath and to create rays of hope inside.
